3 cups cheese-filled tortellini, cooked
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup parsley
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 ounce parmesan cheese, grated
Prepare tortellini according to package. Rinse under cold water.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Approximately 8 servings.
